*used tires or used tires on wheels (No Wheels with Tires Mounted unless they are LIKE NEW!)

*items deemed inappropriate by the promoter,

*stolen or otherwise unauthorized items. 

Consignor Checks will be mailed Wednesday following the auction.

*NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT BANK LETTER GUARANTEEING FUNDS & PRE-APPROVAL BEFORE AUCTION DAY.

A BUYER'S PREMIUM WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR THIS AUCTION:

A 7.25% N.C. State sales tax will apply unless you are Tax Exempt
