Dear Racing Expo Exhibitor / Sponsor:
Welcome to our 33rd Annual Racing Expo Presented by Funwood Auctions and our 9th Annual Raleigh Fairgrounds Racers Reunion. For over 30 years we’ve been giving local short track racers a place to buy and sell their racing parts as well as offering a trade show for businesses to showcase their products and services and providing a great opportunity to network with race tracks and fellow competitors. Last year at the auction we had over 1200 lots consigned and sold. We had over 40 vendors in the trade show and the legendary Raleigh Fairgrounds Speedway race car drivers were in attendance to tell tales of the glory days, sign autographs, and pose for photos. With the assistance of Carolina Collector Auto Fest and Funwood Auction Sales & Trading Post Inc. the Racers Reunion was a huge success again! More of the same is planned for our 2019 event. We invite you to join us in our third decade of serving short-track racers across the Southeast US including racers from NC, SC, Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, West Virginia, Indiana, Florida, and Tennessee.

This show is well respected in racing circles and our event is the longest running annual trade show and auction in the Southeast United States. This year is the 33rd year running.
This racing expo is the perfect place to showcase your products and services to the racing community. Our clientele includes Short-track racer’s from all classes ran on asphalt and dirt including Late Model Stocks, Limited Late Models, Modifieds, 602 Series, Touring Series, Mini Stocks, Ucars, Sportsman, Vintage/old-timer racers, Drag racers, Kart racers, some national series plus muscle car and street rod enthusiasts. We provide a targeted audience of potential customers for you.

2019 – Exhibitor Contract
The Exhibitor listed below (hereinafter referred to as “Exhibitor”) hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions for the 33rd Annual Piedmont Racing Expo & Racers Reunion (hereinafter referred to as “Event”), as set forth in this contract by Kenneth Smithey / Funwood Auction Sales & Trading Post Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”), for expo/trade show sponsorship and/or exhibit space. This contract shall be in effect for the following event(s):

SCHEDULE
- SHOW HOURS:
Friday: 10 AM – 9 PM
Saturday: 8 AM – 5 PM - CONSIGNMENT CHECK-IN:
Wednesday: 10 AM – 8 PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM (note new hours!) - EXHIBITOR SETUP:
Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM (trailers and large exhibits must arrive Thursday AM)
Friday: 8 AM – 10 AM (for smaller or mobile exhibits)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Exhibitor setup:
Thursday Noon–6 PM (preferred for bulk/trailer exhibits)
Friday 8–10 AM for all others.
Teardown permitted after 4 PM Saturday. Premises must be vacated by 9 PM Saturday. - A non-refundable deposit of 50% and signed contract are required to reserve space.
Remaining balance is due prior to event. - Sales Policy:
New merchandise only. No used items. Displays must be in good taste (Promoter discretion).
Exhibitor is responsible for any required tax, license, or legal compliance. - Promoter/property owner not responsible for loss or theft.
- Receipts must be provided to customers. Items may not be carried throughout the building. Early/large purchases should be held by the exhibitor until customer is ready to leave.
- Promoter may place reasonable restrictions on noise or conduct.
- No food/drink sales allowed. Samples require Promoter approval and must comply with property owner rules.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the event cannot be held due to fire, natural disaster, government regulation, military activity, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, the agreement shall terminate. The Exhibitor waives any claims for damage or compensation except refund of payment minus expenses incurred by Promoter.
